Installing Media services 2.0
requires IIS Version 7.0
-- I used Web Platform Installer 4.5 to install IIS 8.0 Express - August 2012
-- -- that didn't work, as media servises won't install on version 8
-- -- so... I found and installed iis express 7.5 which didn't want to install until i uninstalled version 8
requires .NET framework 4
go to accesories and right click on command then select Run as Administrator navigate to the folder where IISMedia32.msi is installed and then run the following command
C:\Users\Public\Downloads\Downloads\MEDIASERVER>msiexec /i IISMedia32.msi
